  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: This entails assigning day-to-day tasks and guiding teams through issue
    escalations and client interactions, as well as meeting with clients directly to cultivate long-term relationships.
    Within the assigned portfolio of clients, the CSD is also responsible for contract renewals, identifying new
    growth opportunities, and securing add-on business through service solution sales.

    • Manage client relationship & serve as senior key GetixHealth liaison for communication
    • Thorough understanding contract & scope of services provided to clients within assigned portfolio
    • Ensures contractual SLAs are being met by GetixHealth
    • Intimate knowledge of project performance: collections, resolution, aging, telephony stats, letters, staffing

    • Ability to communicate effectively & present professionally to client in all forms of communication
    • Accountable for overall project success & client satisfaction
    • Maintain SharePoint/Server Folder is kept up to date for all client specific documents, reports, PRT, etc.
    • Review A/R inventory for trends: data mining opportunities to increase accuracy, effectiveness, productivity
    • Review inventory assignments for client contractual adherence
    • Work w/internal operations leaders to ensure GetixHealth is on track to meet or exceed goals
    • Provide Consultative Feedback: Recommend, develop, and implement guidelines, policies, procedures, and

    processes to ensure timely, accurate and compliant resolution to the scope of business assigned.

    • Ability to effectively communicate w/internal colleagues to drive desired project results
    • Maintain written project issue tracker for open concerns and pursue toward resolution
    • Escalate appropriately complaints & issues to ensure prompt & accurate remedy; communicate &

    document outcome.

    • Manage joint project initiatives with the client to successful implementation
    • Update PRT (Project Reference Template) with any new policies or procedures related to client project
    • Knowledge, understanding and compliance with GetixHealth policies and procedures
    • Prepare written narrative of project performance for each client in assigned portfolio
    • Delivery of EOM Reports & Executive Scorecard to client
    • Host & lead monthly meetings scheduled for clients within assigned portfolio

    · Effective communication to client C-Suite / Director Level leadership on project performance & initiative status · Distribute formal agenda 24 hours prior to meeting to all participants · Distribute formal meeting minutes to all participants within 48 hours after meeting · Update issue tracker · Review and discuss month end results with internal GetixHealth personnel · Validation of account transfers within system (EO/Conversion/Insurance/BD) · Validation of interface file accuracy (assignments load, notes exchanged, etc.) · Ensure system access & connectivity for required staff · Review Staffing levels appropriate & adhere to budget · Provide long-term revenue projections as needed by project to Finance & Operation Leaders · Review and identify operational trends & opportunities for improvement · Perform other duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred · Must be proficient in basic computer and business solution software including MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams conferencing and Salesforce. Skilled in common project management desktop tools as well. · Working knowledge of industry EHR platforms, such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, MS4, IDX, NextGen, HBOC-STAR, etc. · Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) collection platforms such as Artiva HC, Artiva RM, Columbia Ultimate Business Solutions (CUBS), FACS, NextGen · Working knowledge with secure data transfer methods and system connectivity (i.e., HL7 files, Citrix, VPN, SFTP) · Five to seven years industry experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Two to three years’ experience in a Director level position. (Preferred) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES · Travel onsite to client locations as needed for in-person meetings & interaction with client leadership · Vet opportunities for charitable & philanthropic support within client organization / community · Host clients at our GetixHealth offices for meetings, tours & presentations · Prepare and deliver presentation material using PowerPoint, Excel, Word · Attend industry conferences & networking events (Travel may be required) · Participate in hiring & onboarding process for staff assigned to portfolio projects · Complete employee reviews and assessments for all direct reports · Prepare for New Contract & Renewals: Includes but not limited to, collection of necessary data for pricing proposal interact action with · Engage in legal counsel on contract draft, active negotiation & exchange of redline versions. · Prepare Formal RFP Response Documents: Deliver a professional presentation package that demonstrates GetixHealth strengths and abilities · to meet and exceed the needs of the prospective client, include all supporting material required, as well as approved pricing proposal. · Explore opportunities to expand scope of services with current client base · Attend industry conference & networking events to promote sales opportunities (Travel may be required) · Provide leadership in guiding contract renewals and expansion of business negotiations · Update Salesforce.com

    · Prepare Formal RFP Response Documents: Deliver a professional written presentation package that articulates & demonstrates GetixHealth strengths and abilities to meet and exceed the needs of the prospective client, with an approved pricing proposal for scope of services. · Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills · Present a professional appearance in attire, grooming, and behavior WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Be flexible to change, and work within formal in-person teams and remote network environments. Position does not adhere to a uniform 8:00 am -5:00 pm M-F schedule, and flexibility to work outside these hours is expected based upon client and Company needs. · Must meet minimum technical specifications for remote working conditions. Willingness to travel.
