· Effective communication to client C-Suite / Director Level leadership on project performance & initiative status · Distribute formal agenda 24 hours prior to meeting to all participants · Distribute formal meeting minutes to all participants within 48 hours after meeting · Update issue tracker · Review and discuss month end results with internal GetixHealth personnel · Validation of account transfers within system (EO/Conversion/Insurance/BD) · Validation of interface file accuracy (assignments load, notes exchanged, etc.) · Ensure system access & connectivity for required staff · Review Staffing levels appropriate & adhere to budget · Provide long-term revenue projections as needed by project to Finance & Operation Leaders · Review and identify operational trends & opportunities for improvement · Perform other duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred · Must be proficient in basic computer and business solution software including MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams conferencing and Salesforce. Skilled in common project management desktop tools as well. · Working knowledge of industry EHR platforms, such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, MS4, IDX, NextGen, HBOC-STAR, etc. · Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) collection platforms such as Artiva HC, Artiva RM, Columbia Ultimate Business Solutions (CUBS), FACS, NextGen · Working knowledge with secure data transfer methods and system connectivity (i.e., HL7 files, Citrix, VPN, SFTP) · Five to seven years industry experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Two to three years’ experience in a Director level position. Be flexible to change, and work within formal in-person teams and remote network environments. Position does not adhere to a uniform 8:00 am -5:00 pm M-F schedule, and flexibility to work outside these hours is expected based upon client and Company needs. · Must meet minimum technical specifications for remote working conditions.
