The Patient Relations Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Patient Relations Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Work with the Dream Team at Reflex!

    Reflex is a specialty medical clinic providing non-surgical treatments for knee pain.  We are seeking someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to join our team. In this position, you will be working directly with our patients to help make sure they have an outstanding patient experience and will be helping coordinate their care.

    There is ample opportunity for continued growth within the company for individuals who have a strong work ethic, demonstrate initiative, and deliver high-quality work.
    We are looking for a candidate who can make at minimum a 2-year commitment.   

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

    • Answering Phones
    • Scheduling patient appointments
    • Build personal relationships with our patients
    • Follow up with patients that have been recommended treatment
    • Educating patients regarding their diagnosis and making sure they understand their diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and helping them get the care they need.
    • Assist the admin team to meet its goals
    • All other duties assigned by management

    Skills We are Looking For:

    • Someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about helping people break out of pain and lead more active and fulfilling lives
    • Two or more years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience

    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Education & Experience (but not necessary to apply) 

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel
    • 2-3 years of work experience is preferred, especially in customer service
