Palmettos of Bluffton is looking for an Assisted Living Community Relations Director to join our team! The Community Relations Director is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating the medical community on our services.
Position Highlights:
-Carrying out external marketing and creating relationships with vendors for the Assisted Living facility
-Overseeing community involvement
-Managing admissions to Assisted Living and giving tours
-Communicating closely with families
-Working closely with other departments in order to showcase the facility to its fullest extent
-Mature personality with ability to assist families in crisis connect with services
-Self-motivated and dependable follow through
-Comfortable with discussing personal financial affairs
-Basic knowledge on post-acute care to assist with finding appropriate level of care options
