POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing on-site sales support to increase occupancy to budgeted levels. Sales support includes conducting SWOT Analysis, Preparing Annual Competitive Analysis, Performing Community Outreach, Creating Referral Networks, contacting prospects, and closing sales.
