We’re seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany all admissions to their rooms.
• Assist with unpack, set up of room.
• Provide water, coffee / drinks, snacks, or meals as needed. (check with nurse on orders / restrictions)
• Offer extra blankets, pillows etc.
• Orient patient and guests to facility amenities
• Phone, TV use, menus, activities, beauty shop and orientation to facility.
• Offer tours as guests arrive.
• Availability of private dining room, assist in scheduling / set up as desired.
• Assist with arrangements for guest trays / guest meals.
•  Assist with beauty shop appointment set up as needed.
• Offer assistance with family / guest planning.
• Offer to assist with coordination of services where appropriate.
• Offer assistance with activities by offering to assist them getting them to activities or assist in setting up self-initiated / in room activities.
• Make rounds several times each day to ensure comfortable and needs are met.
• Greet all visitors of patients upon arrival, remember their names.
• Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of patients and guests.
• Attend recreation activities with patient as might be necessary.
• Offer to assist in planning / conducting family/ guest group events for patients and guests such as family birthday gatherings.
• Provide feedback from patients and guests to the Administrator daily.
• Assist in providing information as needed by patients and their guests as required.
• Provide assistance during all discharges by assisting with packing, taking belongings to car, obtaining needed information and ensuring all questions are answered prior to discharge.
• Provide follow up call to patients home to ensure arrived safely and inquire that needs have been met.
