    Are you ready to leverage your analytical skills to make a tangible impact in the healthcare industry? True Rx Health Strategists is actively seeking a meticulous and analytical Trade Relations Analyst to drive the administration, analysis, pricing, and optimization of processes, ensuring the seamless implementation and maximization of rebate contracts/amendments. As a key player on our team, you will oversee pricing, utilization metrics, and analysis reports, using your technical expertise to guarantee the quality and accuracy of data.

    100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Rebate Oversight: Lead the auditing of rebates, identifying opportunities within various contracting and payment reconciliation processes.
    • Monitoring and Modeling: Monitor, trend reporting, and model rebate guarantees for self-funded clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze, report, and interpret large datasets for presentation to both internal and external partners, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
    • Contract Review: Continually review and analyze existing contracts and usage data from internal and external sources, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Quality Control: Perform quality control of the point-of-sale rebate program, adjusting the program as needed based on trends and insights.
    • Statistical Expertise: Utilize statistical methods and build forecasting models according to business needs, informing internal partners of tracking measures for drug pricing, rebates, and tiering information.
    • Automation and Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business operations and reporting, contributing to the efficiency of our processes.
    • Microsoft Office Mastery: Leverage advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Power Point, and Visio, to communicate complex topics effectively.

    What You Bring:

    • Analytical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office, data analysis, and presentation skills are essential.
    • Excel Expertise: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Index-Match, Vlookup, Text join, Pivot tables, and arrays.
    • Data Synthesis: Ability to work with, manipulate, and synthesize large datasets for comprehensive analysis, exploratory data analysis, performance measuring, key insights, and presentation.
    • Market Insight: Working knowledge of statistical methods and procedures, with the ability to synthesize data related to market trends, product changes, and financial metrics for pricing recommendations.
    • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with the National Drug Code (NDC), pharmaceutical wholesale pricing strategies, and pharmacy contract pricing nomenclature.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of financial and statistical reporting knowledge and experience.
    • Education: Associate Degree in Business Management or a related field.
