Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Patient Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of scheduling for new patient referrals within our large cardiology practice. Your primary duties will include scheduling appointments, collecting patient demographics, data entry in EPIC, generating internal electronic referrals, and facilitating communication with referring provider offices to ensure timely and accurate coordination of care and request for all necessary documentation and records for appointment.
