Under the direction of the Regional Director of Quality Regulatory Services", the Quality Regulatory Services Manager performs a variety of duties designed to maintain relationships, exchange information, and promote operations and continuous improvement of facilities within the Alaska Region. This position is based in Kodiak, some remote work is possible, travel within the region or for system functions may be required.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - In healthcare related field, nursing preferred. Or equivalent educ/experience,

• RN License with 5 years of acute care and/or quality improvement experience.

• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP), or Joint Commission Certified Professional (CJCP), or obtained within 12 months of hire.

• Certified Healthcare Quality Professional within 2 years of hire.

• 2 years - Acute care clinical experience.

• Designing, implementing," and leading clinical outcome improvement programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - In health care related field.

• Previous experience with Joint Commission survey coordination at facility level.
