Our Ideal Office Manager will be friendly, extremely organized, and effective at managing time. The candidate will be able to lead a team based environment and be able to communicate effectively. Must have work from home availability and high speed internet connection in the case of inclement weather

This individual must have experience in the following:

• Overseeing general office operations
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
• Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
• Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
• Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
• Hiring & training new staff
• Strong sales experience
