JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
The Customer Experience Specialist position is an essential member of the Workplace Safety (WPS) team. The Customer Experience Specialist position is responsible for program materials, expanding current and new client relationships; delivering outstanding customer service in alignment with the C.A.R.E. philosophy to build long-term client relationships; monitoring program performance in meeting client needs; and achieving revenue and expenses goals in accordance with Safety Center standards and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
Administration Under the direction of Senior Management, coordinate activities of the Workplace Safety (WPS) Department and assist in formulating and administering policies to promote a culture of collaboration, equity, and success. Assist the Senior Management with forecast requirements for WPS and collaborate on strategies to achieve annual revenue goals. Conduct client servicing in compliance with Safety Center policies and procedures.
Project/Account Management Collaborate with the Assistant VP of Business Development in identifying Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that are in alignment with WPS strategic goals and preparing the RFP package. Build long-term client loyalty through regular contact with RFP clients to schedule services within the scope of work. Monitor professional services to ensure timely deliverables and provide information necessary to complete the invoicing process. Manage other essential WPS projects as assigned.
Program Delivery Monitor client feedback and follow up to identify opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure a positive experience with SCI. Implement the Certificate Guarantee for WPS to ensure the delivery of certificates within 5 days after the class is delivered (with appropriate exclusions). Collaborate with the Assistant VP of Business Development to identify instructors and manage the delivery of appropriate program materials. Utilize the WPS platforms to input deals, schedule classes, and provide the information needed to facilitate the C.A.R.E. Team processes through to invoicing.
Program Materials Coordinate the ordering and reconciliation of program material costs and revenue with accounting. Manage the re-branding and updating of class materials.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and the Microsoft Office
Suite of products. Knowledge of basic office equipment should include: Internet and email, copy and fax machines, postage meter and telephone. Skills to prepare spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and all documentation necessary for charts, reports, presentations and RFP submissions.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; OR one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
