Position Summary: Seeking a full time Help Desk technician to work in a remote office in order to: Provide responsive quality customer service and support to internal employees within the organization. Services include but are not limited to web applications, desktop applications, mobile apps, and physical devices (computers, monitors, printers, etc). Performs analysis on all issues based on priority and directs the implementation of corrective actions to restore functions and avoid recurrence of the issue. Records all incidents/assistance while maintaining accountability of ownership until resolved. Monitors progress of problem resolution and initiates timely feedback to management and the user. Performers user follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level.
