Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Patient Transporter typically reports to a supervisor. The Patient Transporter may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Minimum Requirements:
At least 22 years of age.
A minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid Nevada driver’s license.
10 year clean driving record.
Comfortable operating large vans for 8 hours or more.
Preferred experience working with a diverse patient population.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights.
CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days).
Successful completion of DOT drug and physical exams, and background checks.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Safe and professional patient transport between homes and medical facilities.
Efficient use of map software for navigation.
Communication with dispatch for instructions and updates.
Adherence to safety protocols and maintenance checks for vehicle readiness.
Ability to work well independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in non-emergency patient transport.
2 years in a customer service role.
Bilingual abilities are a strong plus.
