Patient Transporter jobs in Tucson, AZ

We are a specialty agency providing respite and support services to children with behavioral health and special needs. We work directly with children and families, both individually and in groups, to provide support services. • Please note-This position requires availability to work afternoon and early evening hours.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance card
• Current and valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Some behavioral health or relevant experience is preferred, but not required

Job Overview:

• Provides client transportation to and from the site, school, or member's home as needed for participation in services
• Records daily mileage logs and completes notes and other appropriate documentation of transportation services
• Performs daily preventative maintenance checks and services for company vehicles at the site
• The majority of the hours for this position are scheduled on weekday afternoons and evenings, and all day on Saturdays.
