We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as loaders, skid steers, excavators, and haul trucks, to load and transport materials at the mine. Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including loaders, skid steers, excavators, and haul trucks, to move materials on construction sites and/or at the mine.
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to project specifications and timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, such as loaders (Minimun experience of 1 year)
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

- Background check will be required.
