- Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical problems
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
```Experience```
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery or equipment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting machinery issues
- Familiarity with commercial driving and operating heavy equipment
- Ability to dig, build, pave, and perform concrete forming and finishing tasks
- Experience operating dump trucks or other commercial vehicles is a plus
