Paving, Surfacing, and Tamping Equipment Operator jobs in Springfield, OR

Asphalt Recovery & Paving LLC is seeking a individual who is a natural born leader. An individual who can successfully manage their small paving crew, be safety oriented, complete projects on time and to the standard of the company. This position will also involve estimating, with training provided on a part time basis, as we are NOT currently paving full time. This is a great position with flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to grow!

Requirements required are as follows;

• Leadership Experience
• A clean driving record
• Paving Experience
• Equipment operation
• Ordering material daily
• Lining up outside trucking when needed
• Excellent customer service skills
• Safety Oriented
• Good Attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
