Payment Recovery Specialist is responsible for analysis of denied reimbursement claims. Ensures appropriate insurance coverage for compliance standards and revenue generation. Being a Payment Recovery Specialist monitors, evaluates, and reviews all cost reporting in support of claims. Coordinates with departments and insurance companies to correct errors as necessary. Additionally, Payment Recovery Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Payment Recovery Specialist typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Recovery Support Specialists work with clients daily to support them as they follow their individual treatment plan. Each of our clients are unique and therefore no day at The Willows will look the same. The Willows teaches many skills that Recovery Support Specialists use to guide our clients through the program every step of the way. Recovery Support Specialists might attend groups, take clients to appointments, or even go camping with our clients!

    Client care is our number one focus, we serve young adult women on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness. We believe the best way to provide clinical excellence is to have compassionate and collaborative staff. All departments work together to improve our program and learn from each other in the process. The Willows supports and encourages growth and development and provides educational opportunities and resources to help our staff become experts in the field. Community is very important to our program and that includes our clients as well as staff at all levels.


    If this sounds like you then you’ll be a great fit. We’ll teach the rest! This position is a great opportunity to learn more about the substance abuse and mental health field. You’ll get weekly trainings on important topics related to the field and if you decide to pursue a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern Certification we’ll cover the cost! We also offer pay increases at 6 months and 1 year.

    • Dependable – It is critical that we provide support and supervision to the clients in our care meaning we need staff who show up on time and are ready to jump right in. Our clients are often dealing with a lot of change and inconsistencies therefore it is helpful for them when we can create stability of staff. Our staff are assigned to a particular shift and work the same days and times each week allowing the women we serve to have a routine and know what to expect throughout the week.
    • Safety-focused – Safety is our top priority at The Willows, this includes physical and emotional safety of our clients and staff. We provide many tools and resources so that our team can maintain safety for our clients and expect our staff to follow all protocol. Our staff remain vigilant making improvements to our environment and actions to ensure the women we serve are supported on their healing journey.
    • Compassionate – We love what we do, and we strive to create an environment where our staff love coming to work each day, we also recognize that this work can be challenging. To be successful every member of our team needs to care about our clients and the work that we do. When we come to work demonstrating dignity, respect and kindness to our clients we see amazing things happen!

     

    Education/Experience:

    • HS Diploma/GED
