**Job Description: Maintenance Technician (Including Lawn Care)**

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician with expertise in various maintenance tasks, including lawn care, to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and aesthetics of our facilities, both indoors and outdoors. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lawn Care:** Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizing, and watering to ensure a well-kept and attractive outdoor space.

- **Routine Maintenance:** Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

- **Repair and Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and repair problems related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other building components as needed.

- **Equipment Operation:** Operate and maintain various tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks, including power tools, lawn mowers, and landscaping machinery.

- **Outdoor Cleanup:** Remove debris, leaves, snow, and other outdoor materials to maintain a clean and safe environment.

- **Emergency Repairs:** Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly, working efficiently to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.

- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing to maintain a comprehensive maintenance history.

- **Collaboration:** Coordinate with the Facility Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and efficient task execution.
