• Assists the treatment team in providing direct client care.
• Aids in ensuring an orderly, safe and therapeutic environment by maintaining a therapeutic relationship with person served and treats person served with dignity and respect at all times.
• Monitors person served to help maintain a safe, clean environment and sets standards for milieu monitoring through the performance of these tasks.
• Observes, reports and documents client interaction among peers, staff and the community as it relates to clients' individual recovery goals.

Who are we looking for?

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years' experience in a human service field. College education in a human service field may be substituted for experience.
• Personal recovery of at least 2 years may be substituted for work experience.
• Preference is given to candidates with work experience in substance abuse and/or a college degree in a human service field.
• Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.

Our Hiring Process:
