Key Responsibilities:

As a Repossession Agent with Repros Recovery, you will be responsible for:

• Locating and safely repossessing vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Effectively communicating with vehicle owners, law enforcement, and team members.
• Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in repossession is helpful but not required. We provide training and mentorship for motivated individuals.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
