Summary: Primarily responsible for transporting clients from the Facility Based Crisis Centers to their aftercare placement. Will be trained in mobile crisis techniques to provide support during transportation. When not transporting clients, may assist on site to provide support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through direct and indirect care. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year of crisis experience with the population served. AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing. Clean driving record (no more than 4 points on license).
