As part of Collections, this role will support the collections team in the execution and delivery of the team's strategic and operational initiatives.
The collections team is responsible for the end to end collections process across all entities (LLC, Divvy, and Invoice2Go), and includes reviewing each account to determine the best way to approach the client, then executing their plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue.
