Description:

The Payment / Cash Poster Representative position ensures all daily cash posting, reconciliation, error resolution is completed accurately and timely

Processes Daily Cash Posting including posts, balance, and files approved cash posting

Receives and keys credit card payments on a daily basis, maintaining appropriate copy for documentation

Resolves unidentified payments daily by identifying the correct account or processing a refund
