The Payment Solutions Specialist is responsible for collection of delinquent loans utilizing methods of collections as allowed under the terms of the loan agreement and in accordance with federal, state, and credit union regulations governing debt collection. The Specialist will work closely with delinquent members through various means of contact such as telephone calls, letters, and through electronic communication in an effort to determine the cause of delinquency and develop long term plans to assist members to meet their loan obligations.
