Position Summary:
The Recovery Support Specialist is Part Time 25 hours and is responsible for assisting participants referred to the Reach 4 Recovery program to form a Recovery Support Team to enhance their home, health, community, and purpose for the participant to successfully achieve their goals as identified in the individualized recovery plan. The Recovery Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating the mental health and substance use system of care, remove barriers to recovery, stay engaged in the recovery process and live a full life in the community of their choice. Will be an active team member helping through recovery supports to participants and their families.
