Payment Recovery Specialist is responsible for analysis of denied reimbursement claims. Ensures appropriate insurance coverage for compliance standards and revenue generation. Being a Payment Recovery Specialist monitors, evaluates, and reviews all cost reporting in support of claims. Coordinates with departments and insurance companies to correct errors as necessary. Additionally, Payment Recovery Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Payment Recovery Specialist typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Base Salary Range:
Level I - $19.52 - $24.40 - $29.29 per hour
Level II - $20.99 - $26.24 - $31.49 per hour
Depending on qualifications and experience, Digital Payment Specialist - EFT I or II may be considered.

Heritage Bank is seeking a digital payment specialist - EFT at our Southern Operations Center in Tacoma, WA. The digital payment specialist - EFT is responsible for providing timely and accurate customer service and technical support to internal and external customers, related to Digital Services wire transfers and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing. When performing assigned duties, ensures compliance with operational and regulatory policies, and procedures to mitigate risk.
This position is Full Time; 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required to work as needed to ensure adequate staffing for training or employee absences. This is an on-site position.
