Payment Recovery Specialist is responsible for analysis of denied reimbursement claims. Ensures appropriate insurance coverage for compliance standards and revenue generation. Being a Payment Recovery Specialist monitors, evaluates, and reviews all cost reporting in support of claims. Coordinates with departments and insurance companies to correct errors as necessary. Additionally, Payment Recovery Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Payment Recovery Specialist typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. **This position is located with our Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Services (SEABHS) division and works out of the Safford, Arizona clinic.** **Summary:**
The Recovery Aide (Peer Support Specialist) a ssists clients and families in the behavioral health system to enhance their recovery and promote wellness. The Recovery Aide (Peer Support Specialist) will work as part of a team in providing rehabilitation and support services.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
High school diploma or GED.
In order to provide peer support services, individuals must have personal recovery experience
**and** be certified as a recovery support specialist through one of the recognized training agencies.
Individuals must be 23 years of age or older.
