Payroll Administrator jobs in Biloxi, MS

• Executes required procedures for Time & Attendance System and payroll.
• Prepares supplemental pay run.
• Reconciles payroll liability and various misc. Accounts to general ledger and prepares journal entries as required.
• Balances payroll salaries to general ledger and prepares 941 quarterly reports for submission to the I.R.S. as required.
• Prepares and pays invoices for health, dental, life and long-term disability insurance accounts.
• Participates as a member of the team to achieve business goals, clinical/quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
