Job Title: Payroll Specialist / Customer Service

The Payroll Specialist / Customer Service position will primarily focus on accurately and efficiently processing payroll & payroll tax reporting for clients of Insight Payroll Associates throughout the United States

Responsibilities:

· Accurately and efficiently enter payroll data into multiple payroll software platforms

· Administration and oversight of payroll tax calculation, reconciliation, and payments on behalf of payroll company clients

· Process garnishment and child support orders including processing the set up and termination of such orders

· Management of organizational structure within payroll company including software, client data, and recordkeeping

Quarterly and year end tax management

· Communicate via phone and email; building relationships with clients

· Employee Maintenance (new hires, insurance changes, address/W4 changes)

· Complete essential job functions in a fast-paced and strict deadline-driven environment

· Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned

Desired Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Payroll experience preferred but not required
• Payroll tax experience preferred
• Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have a proactive attitude toward members, supervisors, co-workers, and the Company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision, exercising own initiative and judgment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
