Being a Payroll Clerk updates payroll records and processes routine changes to employee records. Performs basic reconciliation and auditing processes during each pay cycle. Additionally, Payroll Clerk responds to pay-related inquiries from staff. Researches and resolves errors or omissions. May prepare and submit reports and forms required by IRS or other regulatory bodies. Follows all processing procedures, adheres to policies, and maintains confidentiality. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Payroll Clerk works under moderate supervision.     Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The successful candidate will lead by example to foster a culture of trust and respect.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement talent strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Evolve Talent Acquisition strategies that align with banks long term growth goals
    • Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
    • Provide counsel and guidance to the Executive team on all employee matters
    • Promote a high-performance and inclusive work culture through dedicated programs
    • Manage HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Design and implement training programs to drive employee development, promote career growth, and grow skills needed for the future
    • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure best-in-class HR processes and programs
    • Direct and implement employee engagement and recognition programs
    • Complete internal control tasks, such as completing required governmental reports, monthly payroll audits, and ongoing reviews of other HR associate's reconciliations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar strategic HR role in the banking industry.
    • Strong sense of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, prioritize work, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
    • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, compensation, employee development, and performance management
    • Proficient in using and implementing HR software and tools to streamline processes and enhance HR operations.
    • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
