This position requires the candidate to do the following:

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving data when necessary
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and interacting with HR.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following internal policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Required Skills and/or Education:

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual
• Preferred knowledge of Datatech

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
