Responsibilities & Duties

· Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
· Effectively present our suite of software and HR-related solutions
· Fielding questions about the products and services.
· Follow up with prospective clients to assist in completing the sale.
· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
· Consistently and accurately update, maintain, and track data in CRM system for your accounts and contacts.
· Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, follow-up, closed and lost opportunities, and adherence to goals.
