Establishes and oversees payroll processes and procedures for routine processing, tax reporting and internal financial requirements. We are seeking an Executive Director of Payroll who will lead payroll operations across the US, UK and Asia. Reporting to the SVP, Finance, this role will be responsible for both hands on payroll administration and managing payroll professionals. This candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the payroll function, refining the process and enhancing the capability across the team. Collaborating closely with the Finance, Human Resources and Legal teams, this candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state and international laws for both union and non-union employee populations.

The annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000.
