Evolution Payroll Services, located in West Chester, PA, is looking to hire a bright and motivated full-time employee as a Payroll Specialist to join our team servicing clients on our Asure Platform. Our company provides payroll, tax filing, time and attendance and other payroll related services to businesses from 1 to 1000 employees.

This position requires experience working for a payroll service bureau, the knowledge and ability to manage programs and files on a Windows based computer to work as efficiently as possible, as well as the skills to quickly learn how to navigate unfamiliar software.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Data Entry of Employee and Payroll Information; process and print payroll checks and reports
• Answer Phone Calls and Emails from Clients
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service – be professional, friendly, patient & attentive
• Research and Resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Strong Math and Computer skills; Excel, Outlook and Word
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize
• Independent problem solving skills
• Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail Oriented, quality conscious, well organized and high degree of accuracy

Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 2 years working for a payroll service bureau
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
