• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation, ensuring completion of processing within agreed Service Levels
• Mentor the Payroll Team across Global hubs
• Drive the productivity of the Supplier Personnel as well as Reckitt Payroll team while providing excellent employee service and problem resolution
• Drive Opex and continuous improvement project to generate process efficiency and strengthening process control and governance
• Coordinate with cross functional Team in India to create payroll BCP arrangement and cross training of resources
• Report monthly payroll statistics as per agreed matrix to the Senior stakeholder & HRLT within the Organisation
• Have an understanding of the governance procedures for the Payroll Services
• Oversee the involvement of the cross functional team & Supplier Personnel providing the Payroll Services in any audit and ensure all processes and policy regarding payroll operations, controls and governance comply with any auditing criteria and can be effectively evidenced during any audit
• Assist the Payroll team to ensure the Payroll Services delivered by the Supplier Personnel are following the requirements of the agreed Statement of Work for Payroll Services and any controls put in place by the RB Payroll team

• Bachelor/master's degree from a three/four-year college or university
• Relevant experience of at least 10 to 15 years of US Payroll Management on ADP Global View Platform or similarplatform
• Good Understanding of SAP Success factor and Interfaces b/w HRIS and Global View system
• Excellent Oral communication skills to effectively communicate Payroll highlight and feedback to cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, Senior stake holder or immediate supervisor
• Ability to display a degree of flexibility regarding changing Business priorities
• Perform other assignments as delegated by immediate Supervisor
• Required Skill(s): HR &Payroll management, Quality framework, Good working knowledge of MS office (MS Word, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Project, Flow charts and MS Excel)
• A self-starter and ability to work under pressure and tight schedule with positive and proactive attitude to anticipate challenges and resolves issues

USD $122,000.00 - $184,000.00

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
