Qualifications:

• Manage and process multi-state payroll for employees and contractors accurately and efficiently, including but not limited to salary, wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in the payroll systems.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Be the subject matter expert to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage electronic timekeeping systems and/or manually collect and review timesheets.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
• Conduct periodic audits of payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll related reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Develop best practices to improve efficiency of payroll processes.
• Analyze escalated payroll problems and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

You'll be a good fit if:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in full payroll administration, with demonstrated proficiency in processing payroll in a large workforce.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Peoplesoft, etc.) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Staffing (preferred)
