The ideal candidate must have experience in A/R, a working knowledge of QuickBooks, proficient in Excel as well as other administrative duties as assigned. Scheduling appointments of our irrigation division is part of the position with scheduling intensely in spring and fall. Taking materials orders as needed and processing of receipts for our mulch and loam company.
Scheduling experience is a plus with scheduling software and or eagerness to learn.
Communicate effectively and courteously with customers.
This is a part time – full time position 30 plus hours in season. Pay is based on experience with a pay range of $18.00 – $20.00/hour and possible benefits.
