We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. ```Responsibilities```

- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure all files are organized and up to date
- Oversee the operation of office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

```Experience```

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
