Overview:

We are seeking an Administrator for our recently acquired, well established, 48 bed facility. We are looking for an administrator that cares for the residents and employees as much as we do. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain financial records

- Ensure the provision of high-quality care and services to residents

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care plans

- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Promote resident rights and advocate for their needs

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dementia care and assisted living
