KCD Financial has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Compliance Administrator. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide operational, administrative, and clerical support to the Compliance Department. This position will assist the Compliance Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with administrative duties to help ensure that the organization meets federal and state regulatory requirements and will help investigate non-compliance. Compliance support includes knowledge of the up-to-date information on current federal and state regulations and applying it in the review of daily activities. This is an entry-level position with the possibility of expanding duties, responsibilities, and upward movement within the organization.
```Additional Responsibilities```
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assist with the ongoing monitoring of compliance with the firm’s Compliance program.
2. Identify business risks, compliance risks, and make recommendations to change current processes to meet new regulatory requirements and help update policies and procedures related to compliance.
3. Perform compliance testing and prepare documents to record findings.
4. Assist staff members with questions related to compliance.
5. Responsible for supporting all Compliance efforts, daily monitoring, audits, examinations, inquiries, due diligence and development, and maintenance of policies and procedures.

· Excellent administrative skills, including typing, grammar, spelling, and proofreading.
· Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
· Ability to learn additional software programs.

· Experience in one of the following areas: finance, economics, accounting, or business.
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Experience in compliance analyst or related position.
· Experience in back-office trading functions preferred.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle several assignments and work under pressure.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
· Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with company leaders.
· Possess a strong work ethic, motivated and a self-starter with a focus on details and meeting strict deadlines.
· Have or obtain a FINRA SIE certification and a Series 7 license within 90 days.
· Pass a background check and fingerprint check.
