Park Place Automotive is seeking an organized and efficient office administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for the company, the office administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities include:

-Greet and assist customers and employees in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as writing work orders and invoicing

- Schedule appointments

- Take payments

Requirements include:

- Basic computer and internet skills

- Verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and mutli-tasking abilities

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Professional appearance and demeaner

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a team environment

Working hours are slightly flexible and will be discussed during interview. Benefits available for full time employees.
