Pension Administrator is responsible for the administration of retirement plans. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Being a Pension Administrator communicates with customers and assists with plan design and benefit distributions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Pension Administrator typically reports to a manager. The Pension Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Description: Technical Analysts – experience with PENSION systems
Direct Client – long term contract
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 2 Years – with an option to extend for another 3 years
Minimum Technical Qualifications
1. At least three (3) years of functional experience with public Defined Benefit Plans: • Demonstrated understanding of Pension Administration functional design and system capabilities and experience applying that knowledge to facilitate business or enhancement request discussions and decisions.
2. At least three (3) years of technical experience with public Defined Benefit Plans: • Experience writing business requirements to integrate design changes with existing system functionality, or • Experience in the functional design, development, and/or maintenance and operations of technology that supports defined benefit pension plans including plan structures, benefit calculations, and/or payroll.
3. At least three (3) years of experience with browser-based pension software or Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) pension software.
Desirable Technical Qualifications
1. Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
2. Experience with: • C# programming language for applications running .NET • SQL Server • Amazon Web Services Architecture
3. Experience with Neospin Software: • Demonstrated understanding of Neospin’s technical architecture. • Demonstrated experience developing, enhancing, and/or maintaining Neospin. • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical issues in Neospin.
4. Knowledge of pension systems in the processes, policies, and procedures that support Benefit Plan and Cash Balance Program and so on.,
5. The proposed project person is expected to adhere to the hybrid working model which is currently onsite working 2-3 days per week.
