We have an immediate need for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual with a knack for customer service to join our prestigious, award winning property management team as a Leasing Administrator at our luxury apartment community, The BLVD Collection, Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities include answering the phone and greeting prospective residents and residents. Assist in office work which will include but is not limited to scheduling tours, answering limited pricing questions, sending out broker pricing, ensuring the office is always fully stocked with marketing materials, move in packets, move in gifts, refreshments, processing move outs and scanning/uploading documents.
The skills/experience essential to the success of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous residential leasing experience & familiarity with Fair Housing regulations/guidelines preferred
- Depending on location, a valid driver’s license and insurance may be required NJ Real Estate license required if interested in participating in securing leases

Compensation: $45,000
