As an Administrator, you will direct, administer, and coordinate the business activities; you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Responsibilities:
· Oversee client care plans to ensure they are complete, accurate and up to date
· Develop and execute caregiver schedules
· Ensure policy and procedure compliance
· Oversee all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
· Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
· Direct care supervision
· Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
· Be available on-call as needed
· Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
· 5 years supervisory or administrative experience
· Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
· Understanding of the statutory and administrative rules of the state’s regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance within the agency
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· 1 years Microsoft Word, Excel or similar experience
· Ability to pass all background screening
· 1 years Home Care experience (Preferred)
