Pension Administrator, Sr. is responsible for the administration of retirement plans. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Being a Pension Administrator, Sr. communicates with customers and assists with plan design and benefit distributions. Coordinates plan activities with other departments to promote efficiencies for low-cost administrative services. Additionally, Pension Administrator, Sr. may have an ASPA designation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Pension Administrator, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Assist the Director in general maintenance of the center. This will include planning, managing, monitoring and directing the childcare facility. Maintain paperwork for staff, and students, as well as licensing bodies. Work with the director and the teachers to utilize and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that is compliant with DHS standards.
