Position Overview:

Meadow View Assisted Living, under the ownership and management of a compassionate young registered nurse, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents. You will lead a team of caregivers and staff members, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to staff members, including caregivers, nurses, and administrative personnel.
• Oversee the daily operations of the assisted living facility, including scheduling, staffing, and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing assisted living facilities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and services provided to residents.
• Manage resident admissions and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
• Monitor medication administration and maintain accurate records in accordance with physician's instructions and state regulations.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff members, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Address resident concerns and complaints in a timely and compassionate manner, striving to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
