Being a Percussion Instrument Repairers and Tuners may be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Requires 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Percussion Instrument Repairers and Tuners is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Atlas Surveying, Inc. is accepting resumes for the position of Instrument Operator. This is an entry-level surveying position where the employee will, under the supervision of an experienced Survey Crew Chief, learn a variety of different surveys, such as boundary surveys, topographic surveys, as-builts, construction staking, and wetland and OCRM delineations. Instrument Operators have an opportunity to progress within the company in the field or office. Dependability, a desire, and critical thinking skills are imperative to this position.
