Being a Percussion Instrument Repairers and Tuners may be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Requires 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Percussion Instrument Repairers and Tuners is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. TuneRS Motorsports, a center for Porsche performance, repair & maintenance located in Coral Springs Florida is looking for someone who has proven experience with Porsche & other European vehicles to become part of our team. Our state of the art shop is equipped with all new equipment to keep up with today's growing technology. Our shop has been established in South Florida as one of the premier independent Porsche facilities. Starting in 2008, we have grown our business and are known worldwide as a leader in Porsche repair, restoration, performance and product manufacturing & development.
Are you interested in working in a professional, team oriented environment? We have an immediate opening for a full time Porsche vehicle technician.
Our facility offers everything catered to Porsche from full engine rebuilds, manual transmission rebuilds, general maintenance & repair to full race vehicle builds and fabrication. Our team has assembled multiple championship winning Porsche racing vehicles and multiple winning Porsche restoration vehicles.
Shop hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm EST. Weekends are closed.
Required:
- Strong background and knowledge of European vehicles.
- Experience with European vehicle repair.
- European vehicle engine maintenance and repair.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Team mentality with others in the shop.
- Bring own tools (we will have a spot open for a toolbox)
- Excellent all around skills with Porsche automobiles.
- Can diagnose problems and give solutions.
- Good people skills and communication.
