Lafayette Center is looking for a highly motivated person for the Medical Records/Central Supply position.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Plan, organize and direct the medical records for all residents of the facility. Responsible for intake management and other clerical support related to requests for the release of company records, in addition to the preparation, compilation, auditing, safeguarding, and filing of health care records.
Administer the distribution and inventory of resident care supplies in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Assist with scheduling and coordination for resident transportation needs.
