Atwork Personnel is now hiring for a On-Site Supervisor for a local Candy Manufacturing Company.

This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing temporary workers year-round for a local Candy company.

HOURS: Thursday-Saturday 6:30pm-7am

HOURLY RATE: $18-$20 dollars

Requirements/Job duties

Include but not limited to:

Ideal candidates must possess the following work experience:

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Provide excellent customer service to current client
• Overseeing temporary employees (150 )
• Ensure compliance to all companies rules and regulations
• Ability to effectively interact with a diverse employee population
• Responsible for staffing, scheduling, checking temporary associates in at the beginning of 3rd shift.
• Administrative responsibilities: data entry, maintaining employee hours in the timeclock
• Provide reports daily
• Communicates to branch on staffing needs/volume
• Must be proficient with MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Have the ability to learn/train on a new software system
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate must be able to follow instructions and maintain organization
• Ability to multi-task and take on numerous projects at one time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
